Experienced Carpenter
We value versatility, so we need a candidate with remodeling as well as new build experience who loves thinking outside the box in wowing clients. The ideal hire will have his or her own vehicle and tools and be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius. Most work is on-site. 1+ years’ experience in finish carpentry
Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
General Laborer
We are seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company. A desire to learn and improve, strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
Must be 18 years of age
Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
General Labor Duties and Responsibilities
Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up equipment
Consult with construction plans
Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Provide assistance to contractors (i.e. craft workers, electricians, painters) as needed
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
